Operations Technician

We are now looking for someone who wants to work as an operations technician with us. As an operations technician, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, functional, and efficient operation of our properties and technical systems. Your tasks will be both practical and technical.

The role of operations technician requires flexibility, good communication skills, and strong collaboration. We are looking for a meticulous and responsible person who has a clear sense of order and is solution-oriented. You enjoy working independently while also being part of a team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspections within maintenance
• Ordering and reporting of gas
• Property management (everything it entails)
• Demolishing and constructing simple changes
• Controlling and optimizing heating and ventilation
• Managing the access control system
• Collaboration with external suppliers

In your work, you should follow our safety regulations within the company to ensure a safe working environment.

The position is a permanent full-time job and is during daytime hours. On-call duty occurs continuously beyond regular working hours.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Completed high school education
• Basic IT skills (DesigooCC Siemens is an advantage)
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
